Data protected by the standard configuration
TLS and SRTP on transport, local storage encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Telemetry sends only anonymous error reports, never call content.

What is Blureon Phone?
It is a native calling app for macOS and Windows, built on the PJSIP SIP engine. It replaces the physical desk phone: call answering and transfer, recording, colleague availability, CRM integrations and messaging.
Does it work with any phone system?
It is a standard SIP client, so it works with Asterisk, FreePBX, Blureon PBX and most SIP phone systems. With Asterisk and Blureon PBX, you also get feature codes, colleague availability, and call queue and voice-menu data displayed during the call. We check the compatibility of your phone system before implementation.
What does it mean that it picks up the configuration on its own?
After activation, the app downloads from the server the settings approved for the user: SIP accounts, the connection to the phone system, codecs and CRM integrations. The employee installs the app and activates it, without manually configuring technical parameters.
What CRM systems does it integrate with?
Natively with Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, plus a connector for your own API. On every call it looks up the customer by number, displays the record and logs the call; it can optionally open a ticket.
Can I send SMS and WhatsApp from the app?
Yes, through a unified inbox, in configurations that have the GSM SIM Hosting service active. Messages are sent from your actual mobile number, hosted in our data centre.
What about data security?
Transport uses TLS, and media uses SRTP. Local data — accounts, history — is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from the workstation's hardware. Telemetry sends only anonymous error reports and the app version, never call content.
How does licensing work?
Based on a key tied to the workstation. Validation also works offline, through a token, with periodic checks. There are Free, Pro and Enterprise tiers.
What systems does it run on?
macOS Sonoma 14 or later and Windows 10 build 1809 or later, both as native versions with the same set of features. The iOS and Android versions are in development.
