Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work correctly and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage your preferences at any time from the cookie banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help a website remember information between visits. Alongside cookies, we also use your browser's local storage to remember your consent choice.
What we actually use
| Name | Type | Duration | Category | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | localStorage | until you clear site data in your browser | Necessary | Stores your consent choices so the banner is not shown on every visit. |
| blureon_lang | cookie | 12 months | Necessary | Stores the language you selected manually, so the site does not redirect you to a different language version. |
We do not currently set analytics or marketing cookies and we do not use third-party analytics tools. If we add such tools, the table above will be updated before they are activated, and they will only be set after your explicit consent.
Automatic language selection
Visitors from outside Romania and the Republic of Moldova are directed automatically to the English version of the site, based on the country associated with their IP address. The IP address is processed transiently, at the level of the infrastructure serving the site, solely for this routing decision; we do not store it for this purpose and we do not use it for profiling. If you select a language manually from the switcher on the page, your choice is stored in the blureon_lang cookie and automatic redirection no longer applies.
Managing your preferences
We ask for your consent on your first visit. Necessary cookies are always active, as they are essential for the site to function. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will be shown again on your next visit.
