You sell telephony like an operator.
Without being one.
Blureon gives you the network and the tools: SIP trunk, numbers and minutes at wholesale rates, plus a multi-tenant platform you put under your own brand — in our cloud or on your own infrastructure, with a monthly subscription or a one-off perpetual licence. You take what you want. You're not required to take it all.

Three ways to buy telephony, when you resell it
The platform from one vendor, the traffic from another operator
Two contracts and two vendors, with you in the middle. When a quality issue comes up, you have to work out where the cause is, and the customer keeps calling you in the meantime.
Everything from a single operator
Simpler to manage, but the platform stays the operator's, with the operator's identity. How much you can customise and how much you bill depends on how far its partner programme goes.
A third option
The network is ours and the platform is ours, but they don't have to come as a bundle. You can take the traffic and keep your own phone system. You can take the platform and keep your own operator. Or take both, and then you have a single point of contact for the whole chain.
You take what you want. You're not required to take it all.
Three choices, independent of one another. Combine them however suits you and whatever your customers need.
What you take from us
- Just minutes and numbers — SIP trunk, DIDs and number porting on top of the platform you already have.
- Just the platform — multi-tenant under your own brand, with your current operator connected over a SIP trunk.
- Both — a single vendor, a single contract, a single support number.
Where it runs
- In our cloud — no infrastructure to maintain, no updates, no monitoring to run.
- On your own infrastructure — in your data centre or at the end customer's site, when their policy requires on-premises.
How you pay
- A monthly subscription — for customers you sell as a recurring service.
- A one-off perpetual licence — for projects with a capital budget.
Where you're starting from
I have customers on another platform
We take over the existing configurations, port the numbers, and add voice agents and transcripts on top. We migrate the first customer together.
DetailsI already have customers and want better rates on minutes
You take just the traffic, at wholesale rates, direct from the operator. You don't change anything in what you already have installed.
DetailsI'm starting from scratch
We give you the platform, the numbers, the minutes and the way of working. You bring the customers and set the price.
DetailsSet up a new customer in minutes, not an afternoon
You write in a sentence what the customer needs. The platform generates the voice menu, the opening hours, the call queues and the call forwarding. You check them in the visual editor and publish.
Your request
"Sales, support and accounts. After 6pm, take a message. If no one answers within 20 seconds, send the call to the duty mobile."
The generated flow
- Voice menu with three options
- Time condition: 09:00–18:00, weekdays
- Per-department call queue, 20s wait threshold
- Escalation to mobile, then voicemail
Your customer can do the same, if you give them access. Or just you, if you'd rather keep it in-house.
What you can sell beyond a standard phone system
Each line below is a line item on the invoice you issue.
Transcripts and summaries after each call
The customer finds out what was discussed without listening to recordings.
Reports you can ask for in plain language
"How many calls did customer X miss this week?", and you get the answer.
Voice agents
They handle repetitive requests: appointments, orders, status checks.
WhatsApp and SMS
On the same number and in the same interface.
Dialer
Calling campaigns for customers who sell over the phone.
Calling app with your own brand
On Mac and Windows, with your customer's name and logo.
Where you earn
Margin on traffic
You buy minutes at wholesale rates and sell them at your own price.
Margin on the platform
You pay the partner rate, and you set the final price to the customer.
Implementation and configuration
Your work, invoiced by you, at your own rate.
Recurring revenue
The monthly subscription stays yours for as long as the customer stays yours.
How pricing works
Traffic is priced on usage, and the platform with a monthly subscription or a one-off perpetual licence. No setup fee and no minimum contract term.
The wholesale price grid depends on volume, so we send it after a short discussion — the same business day.
Your customers stay yours
Blureon also sells directly, under its own brand. To leave no ambiguity, the rules are in writing:
- You register your customers, and a customer registered by you is not approached directly by us, {{TERMEN_INREGISTRARE}}.
- You issue the invoice, you set the price, you provide first-line support. We keep the network and provide second-line support.
- Our own retail operation runs on the same platform, with the same access. You don't get a weaker version than the one we use ourselves.
We are an operator, not a reseller
One less intermediary between you and your margin. Numbers, minutes and lines at wholesale rates, direct from our network.
SIP Trunk
Connect your phone system to the public network, with channels sized to your call volume.
DetailsLandline numbers and DID
Geographic numbers from any county and national 037x numbers, delivered to your phone system or forwarded.
DetailsNumber porting
We coordinate the procedure end to end. You don't have to deal with the paperwork.
DetailsGSM SIM Hosting
Your GSM SIM cards hosted and connected as lines in your phone system. Orange, Vodafone, Telekom, Digi.
DetailsWhat you get, technically
Blureon PBX
A multi-tenant phone system under your own brand, in our cloud or on your own infrastructure, with a subscription or a purchased licence. Built on Kamailio, FreeSWITCH and RTPengine, with customer isolation at database level and an API for everything you can do from the interface.
See detailsBlureon Phone
A native calling app for Mac and Windows, customisable with your name and logo. The customer's team answers, transfers and tracks calls, sees colleague presence, and works with their own CRM. After activation it picks up the approved settings on its own.

What partners ask us
Will you take my customers?
No. Customers you register are not approached directly by us, {{TERMEN_INREGISTRARE}}. You issue the invoice and own the relationship; we stay with the network and second-line support.
Am I required to take both minutes and the platform?
No. You can take just the traffic and keep your own phone system, or just the platform and keep your current operator. You choose the combination.
Can I run the platform on my own servers?
Yes. In our cloud or on your own infrastructure, including at the end customer's site when their policy requires it.
How do I pay for the platform?
A monthly subscription or a one-off perpetual licence, depending on how you structure your offer.
What happens to my customers' numbers?
We port them, coordinate the procedure end to end, and switch over only once everything has been tested. The customer is never left without a phone.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. The interface, the calling app and the communications to the end user carry your name and logo.
Who handles support?
You handle first-line support, because you have the relationship with the customer. We handle second-line support, with a response within {{SLA_RASPUNS}}.
What happens if I want to leave?
You export your data and configurations, and you port your numbers to another operator through the standard ANCOM procedure. We don't lock customers in with contractual loopholes.
Do you also sell directly to end customers?
Yes, under our own brand. That's why the channel rules are written into the contract, not left to a verbal understanding.
How much does it cost?
Traffic is priced on usage, and the platform with a subscription or a one-off purchased licence. The wholesale grid depends on volume, so we send it after a short discussion, the same business day.
I'm coming from another platform. How long does a migration take?
We migrate the first customer together, so you see exactly what's involved. We take over your existing configurations — you don't rebuild them from scratch.
