SIP Trunk for your company phone system

You connect your phone system to the public network through a SIP trunk sized for the call volume you need. You receive the connection parameters, testing before activation, and technical support.

In short. A Blureon SIP trunk replaces physical lines with a SIP connection compatible with most phone systems, including Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX and Blureon PBX. The number of channels adapts to your call volume, and redundancy options are set according to your configuration.

Benefits

What you get

Monitored quality

We track the technical parameters of each route and step in when degradation appears. Codecs and encryption are configured according to the equipment you use.

Channels sized to volume

The number of simultaneous calls is adjusted whenever you need it. You pay for the capacity you use, with no minimum imposed.

Backup routes

We can configure alternative routes and call forwarding for the scenarios you agree on. Continuity depends on the infrastructure available at each location.

Clear pricing, no hidden costs

A subscription per channel plus usage, charged by destination. You see your usage in real time.

Compatible with most phone systems

Standard SIP connection: Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream and, of course, Blureon PBX. We check the compatibility of your phone system before activation.

Numbers on the same trunk

You attach geographic or national numbers to the trunk, and can bring your existing numbers over through porting.

How it is charged

A subscription per channel, plus usage charged by destination. No installation fee, no activation costs and no minimum contract period.

The rate card depends on your volume, so we send it after a short conversation — within the same working day.

How we start

1

Assessment

We look at what phone system you use, how many simultaneous calls you need and what numbers you have now.

2

Trunk configuration

We prepare the trunk, the credentials and the routes, and give you the exact parameters for your phone system.

3

Testing

We check inbound and outbound calls, quality and backup routes before moving to production.

Technical details

How we deliver a Blureon SIP trunk

A Blureon SIP trunk connects the client's phone system to the public network through authenticated SIP sessions, either by registration or by IP address, with media carried over RTP or SRTP. Outbound routing uses Least Cost Routing across our interconnections with carriers, with failover to alternative routes when a route becomes unavailable. DID numbers are mapped to the trunk and delivered to the phone system through the destination header, which allows granular internal routing to voice menus, call queues, hunt groups or extensions. The codecs negotiated are Opus, G.722 and G.711 (A-law and u-law); we avoid transcoding where possible, to preserve audio quality. Security includes TLS for signalling, SRTP for media, IP address restrictions and rate limiting against fraud. Simultaneous channel capacity is set per client and can be adjusted on request. We monitor ASR, ACD, MOS and latency on each route and step in when parameters move outside the normal range. The configuration delivered to the client includes host, port, credentials, recommended codecs and alternative routing rules, plus a testing stage before moving to production.

For integrators

If you install phone systems for your own clients, you take the trunk at wholesale rates and resell it under your own contract. You stay on the platform you already use, if it is compatible — the compatibility list is above.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a SIP trunk?

It is a virtual phone line that connects your company phone system to the public telephone network over the internet, instead of physical ISDN or analogue lines. It allows several simultaneous calls on the same connection, with a cost model that can be a better fit for your volume.

Which phone systems does it work with?

With phone systems that use standard SIP: Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream, Blureon PBX and others. We give you the configuration parameters for your phone system and check compatibility before activation.

How many simultaneous calls can I have?

We set the number of channels based on your call volume, and can adjust it later. Typically, one channel supports one simultaneous call. We do not impose a minimum usage.

Can I use my current numbers?

Yes. We port your existing numbers to Blureon and attach them to the trunk. We plan the porting and prepare the new routing in advance; there can be technical switchover windows, which we let you know about beforehand.

What happens if the internet goes down at my office?

We can configure call forwarding to another location, to a mobile number or to voicemail. What exactly can be configured depends on your infrastructure; we work out the scenarios together during the assessment.

How is it billed?

A subscription for the channels plus usage per destination, with rates set out in the offer. You see your usage in real time, with no hidden costs.

Do you support encrypted calls?

Yes. We offer TLS transport and SRTP media for the SIP leg, where your phone system and terminals support these options.

How long does activation take?

After we check your phone system and the necessary details, we confirm the activation timeline. For a standard configuration, activation can be quick. If you are bringing numbers over through porting, the porting procedure's timeline is added.
