Blureon PBX

A multi-tenant phone system you put under your own brand, in our cloud or on your own infrastructure

You describe how you want calls handled, and the AI agent generates the flow: voice menu, opening hours, call queues, call forwarding and exception rules. You review it in the visual editor, adjust it if needed and publish it. The same platform gives you telephony, voice agents, reports and call analysis — in the cloud or on your own server.

In short. Blureon PBX is a business phone system you run in the cloud or on your own infrastructure. Call flows are generated from a natural-language description and edited visually. Alongside standard telephony, it brings voice agents, transcripts, summaries and conversation analysis.

How you run it

Cloud, on-premises or under your own brand

In our cloud, on your own infrastructure or at the end client’s site. With a monthly subscription or a one-off perpetual licence. The interface, the calling app and the messages sent to users carry your name and your logo.

In the cloud

Hosted in Blureon's infrastructure. You start without your own server, and we manage the updates.

On-premises

The same platform, installed on your own server, for cases where the data needs to stay with you.

Multi-tenant and white-label

Per-customer isolation, with separate data, plus your own branding. Designed for resellers and integrators.

Telephony

The essential features for managing calls

Visual flow editor

Configure voice menus in a visual editor, with branches by opening hours, day or caller.

Call queues and ACD

Distribute calls to agents by skill, with callback in queue and a wait threshold.

Call recording

Rule-based recording, with automatic masking of sensitive data and configurable retention.

Time conditions

Opening hours, holidays and exceptions. Set the destination for calls outside opening hours.

Voicemail with transcription

Voicemail messages arrive by email, with a text transcript and notification.

Routing and LCR

Inbound and outbound routes with Least Cost Routing, backup routes and hunt groups.

The AI layer

You configure a new client in minutes, not in an afternoon

Two different things, in the same platform: an agent that builds your phone system, and voice agents that answer calls for your company.

You describe it. The AI generates it. You approve it.

Write a few sentences describing how calls should be handled. The agent creates the phone system flow in the visual editor, ready for review and publishing.

Voice agents for repetitive requests

They answer frequently asked questions, collect basic information and route the call to the right team, following the rules you set.

Transcripts, summaries and alerts after every call

After each call you can get a transcript, a summary and alerts for the situations you want to track: escalation requests, recurring objections or dissatisfied customers.

Find the conversations that matter

Search by topic, intent or phrases from the conversation, not just by number and date. Quickly identify the calls that need attention.

Query the data, without manually built reports

Ask questions in natural language about calls, call queues, agents and outcomes. The platform queries the data you have access to and gives you a verifiable answer.

Masking of sensitive data

Card numbers, national ID numbers or other sensitive data can be masked automatically in recordings and transcripts.

Technical details

How it is built

A multi-tenant platform with isolation between clients at database level. Kamailio for signalling, FreeSWITCH and RTPengine for media, TLS for signalling and SRTP for media. Everything you can do from the interface, you can also do through the API.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I put my own brand on the interface?

Yes. The interface, the calling app and the messages sent to the end user carry your name and your logo.

Can I run the platform on my own servers?

Yes, on your own infrastructure or at the end client’s site, when their policy requires on-premises.

How is it licensed?

A monthly subscription or a one-off perpetual licence, depending on how you build your own offer.

What is Blureon PBX?

It is a multi-tenant phone system (PBX), available in the cloud or on-premises, with built-in AI features: an agent that generates the call flow from a natural-language description, voice agents, transcripts and summaries. It brings together in one product the telephony features a company needs.

Cloud or on-premises — what is the difference?

In the cloud, we run the phone system in Blureon's infrastructure and take care of updates and maintenance. On-premises, we install the same platform on your own server. The core features are the same; what differs are the implementation requirements, maintenance and the responsibilities of each party.

How does the AI build the call flow?

You describe in plain language what should happen with calls — departments, opening hours, what happens if nobody answers. The agent generates the configuration: voice menu, time conditions, call queues, destinations and exception rules. The flow appears in the visual editor, where you review it, modify it and publish it. The configuration only goes live after you approve it.

Can I use Blureon PBX with my current numbers?

Yes. We port your existing numbers to Blureon and connect them to the phone system, or bring them in through your SIP trunk. We coordinate the porting procedure.

What are the AI voice agents?

They are agents that answer the call, can collect basic information and can handle repetitive requests: appointments, status checks, routing to the right team. They are built into the call flow, not an external service layered on top of the phone system. They are different from the agent that builds the configuration.

Is it suitable for resellers?

Yes. The multi-tenant architecture with per-customer isolation and the white-label option are designed for small operators, ISPs and IT integrators who resell telephony under their own brand. Customers can make routine changes themselves, which reduces the support workload.

Do I need a telecom specialist to administer the phone system?

For routine flows, an administrator can make changes from the visual editor, starting from a natural-language description. Complex configurations — integrations, scenarios with many exceptions, specific routing requirements — may need technical validation, and that is where our team steps in.

What do I get after each call?

For calls configured for analysis: a transcript, a summary, the topics discussed and the alerts you have defined. You can search conversations by topic or intent and query the data in natural language. Availability depends on the plan, the account configuration and consent for recording.

Can I send WhatsApp and SMS from the phone system?

Yes, in compatible configurations. Alongside voice, the platform includes WhatsApp and SMS messaging linked to the same customer, with campaigns and templates. We confirm what is available for your scenario before implementation.

How do I get started?

Book a demo. We look at what you use now, build a test flow together, and settle on the right implementation option — in the cloud or on-premises.

Discuss your PBX implementation

We look at your current phone system, numbers and how you handle calls. Then we propose a realistic implementation.
