Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms govern the use of the blureon.com website and the general relationship with Blureon SRL (Tax ID 49374555), a provider of electronic communications services. The specific conditions of the services you contract — technical parameters, service levels, pricing and term — are set out in the quotation and in the individual contract, which prevail over these general terms.
About the provider
Blureon SRL, with its registered office at Str. Pararului nr. 2B, demisol, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is a provider of electronic communications services, authorised under the rules of ANCOM (the Romanian telecom regulator) under the general authorisation regime, type certificate eSC2769/10.04.2025.
The services
We provide telecommunications services (SIP trunking, numbers and DIDs, number porting, GSM SIM hosting) and software products (Blureon PBX, Blureon Phone). The availability, technical parameters and pricing of each service are set out in the quotation and in the contract. Descriptions on this site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Use of the website
The content of this site is provided for information purposes. We reserve the right to change the information without prior notice. Use of the site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that affects its operation, is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The Blureon trade mark, the content, the graphic elements and the software are the property of Blureon SRL or of its partners and are protected by law. They may not be copied or used without the written consent of the rights holder.
Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to provide accurate data, not to use the services for fraudulent purposes — including artificially generated traffic or calls that exploit tariff differences — and to comply with the legislation applicable to electronic communications.
Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the services running, with active monitoring and, where the configuration allows it, backup routes. Guaranteed availability levels, the way they are measured and any service credits are set out, where agreed, in the service level agreement annexed to the contract. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as unavailability of the customer's internet connection, faults in the customer's equipment, incidents at third-party suppliers, or force majeure. Liability limits are set out in the service contract.
Porting and termination
Numbers may be ported under the applicable number portability conditions and procedures. The conditions for terminating the services, the notice periods and the related financial obligations are set out in the individual contract.
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by phone or through the contact form. Response times and the escalation procedure are set out in the service contract. The customer is also entitled to refer the matter to ANCOM or to the competent consumer protection authorities, under the conditions provided by law.
Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. These terms are published in Romanian and in English; in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.
