Users are not bound by a minimum contractual period, except for the period they have already paid for. No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid, regardless of the reason. Clients may choose to discontinue the use of the platform at any time without providing a reason, provided that, in the case of a subscription, all payments are up to date.
In the event of contract termination, the user must immediately cease using the services, and all rights and licenses granted to the user will be revoked.
10. Payment and Payment Conditions
Users agree to make all payments for Blureon services within the timeframe established in the contract or on the website. The prices for the services offered are specified on our site and may be subject to changes. Users will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
For users making recurring payments, it is mandatory to adhere to the agreed payment terms and/or those presented in the documents. Failure to make timely payments will incur penalties of 0.5% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay, and will relieve the Provider of its obligations under this contract until the outstanding amount is paid. The Provider reserves the right to claim damages, and the penalties may exceed the amount to which they apply.

Blureon will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events of force majeure. “Force majeure” refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable events beyond the control of the parties, which make it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages or other essential service disruptions, major cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Blureon will notify users as soon as possible and will make every effort to resume the provision of services as quickly as possible.

Blureon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
