Our clients have full control over the data collected and processed through the Blureon platform. We, at Blureon, do not directly access or process this data. However, we support compliance with user rights in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR. User rights are divided into two categories:

a. Our Direct Clients

Blureon’s direct clients have the right to request any action related to their personal data that we hold. They can:

Request access to their data: They can ask for an exported file containing all personal data we hold.

Request deletion of their data: They can request the complete deletion of their data from our system.

Request data rectification: They can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.

However, the responsibility for managing their clients’ data rests entirely with them. Blureon does not access or intervene in the data belonging to our clients’ customers. If you are a customer of one of our clients and wish to exercise your rights regarding your personal data (such as requesting access, rectification, or deletion of your data), you must contact the company with which you have a contractual relationship directly. Blureon only provides the technical platform for data processing and does not intervene in how our clients manage or use this data. Therefore, we are not responsible for how our clients handle their data or for the privacy policies they establish.

Personal data processed by Blureon is retained for the duration of the contract with our client, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. After the termination of the contract, data will be deleted as per the requests of our clients or in compliance with the law. If the law requires the retention of certain data for longer periods, these data will be retained in accordance with legal requirements.
